Customers must double-check the date and time of their orders before finalizing.
We are not responsible for issues arising from changes to the date and time on your end.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing fish and other items that are fresh and 100% natural, without any adulteration.
We are confident in the quality of our products. However, if you find that your order is not fresh or there is another serious issue, you can return the product.
We will assess the validity of your complaint and, if confirmed, will refund your money.
Please bring the receipt of your order.
Customers have the option to cancel their orders but must inform us at least 1 hour before the scheduled delivery date. Orders can be canceled through our online site or app. A refund will be provided if the order is canceled at least 24 hours before delivery.
If the cancellation is made less than 1 hour before delivery, no refund will be issued.
